At Handle & Hinge Co., we strive for customer satisfaction. While we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand that a return might be necessary. However, at this time, Handle & Hinge Co. cannot refund custom door orders, unless in the instance of a severe defect that renders the door unusable.
If the product is damaged during shipping you must file a claim WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the product. IF CUSTOMER SIGNS DELIVERY RECEIPT OR INSTALLS THE PRODUCT, Customer is accepting the product in its condition. All items must be returned in original condition with all shipping packages.
Refunds and returns are reserved for stock and standard door sizes. For any stock doors with manufacturer defects, you may return purchased items up to 16 days upon delivery with written approval by Handle & Hinge Co.
For any non-defective product, unauthorized return or unreasonable rejection of receiving the item after it is shipped, a 40% restocking fee will be applied. The buyer will pay for return shipping costs and original shipping will not be refunded. Installed doors are considered to have been accepted by the customer and may not be returned. In the event that a return is needed, all items must be returned in original condition. Product(s) need to be returned or exchanged in the original factory packaging, with all packing materials and instructions.
When Product(s) are sent back for returns or exchanges, The Purchaser(s) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume liability for any damage incurred during the return transit. Handle & Hinge Co. has the right to charge for any damages that may have occurred after the product has been shipped back to an address approved by Handle & Hinge Co. Delivery fees are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders placed with Handle & Hinge Co. by issuing a refund at any time. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
